This website has been created and is operated by "Shivas.com". (Trade name of AMEX SA.). All information provided on this website is accurate, though we cannot guarantee that all information is comprehensive and error-free, nor can we be held responsible for interruptions or non-delivery of information. The prices on our site are highly competitive. All prices on the "Shivas.com" website are per room for your entire stay, depending on occupancy of the room, unless stated differently.                                                                                             

2. Privacy
"Shivas.com" uses high ethical standards and respects your privacy. We will not give your personal information to third parties under any circumstances. Please have a look at our privacy policy below, for further information.

3. Credit card guarantee
Hotel requires credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. You can send credit card information (card type, name, number, expiry date), directly to the  Hotel by fax +302892042750  or e-mail reservations@shivas.com, so we can charge 20% deposit of the total value of your stay, for the reservation to be valid. We will charge your credit card,  for the balance, at the end of your stay at the hotel. If you decide to book online, we take serious responsibility regarding your credit card information. We use  "Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology", by Reseliva.com & Globalsign.com, to encrypt your credit card details. So, we can guarantee that every transaction made, is 100% safe and we will reimburse the first  100 EURO, in the remote case your credit card is misused or abused due to Shivas.com. The credit card company is obliged to pay the remainder.
 
4. Cancellation
Please follow the instructions in the confirmation email in case you need to cancel your stay. If you cancel according to the cancellation policy of the Hotel, it will be free of charge. We recommend you read the cancellation policy of the Hotel carefully. If you cancel later than requested by the hotel, or do not show up, the Hotel will charge you the deposit 20% of the total value of your stay.

At "Shivas.com", we regard your privacy very seriously. The information we request when making your reservation is requested in order to offer you a professional service. We will never disclose your personal information to certain permitted third parties, except members of our own company staff. In accordance with European personal data protection laws, strict security procedures are observed, at Shivas.com to prevent personal data misuse and unauthorized access.

Credit Card information

If you book directly to the hotel through telephone or fax, we will charge your credit card only if we have written permission, either by email or fax in order to confirm your reservation. Your credit card info is necessary in order to proceed with the confirmation of your booking.

Please inform us about 1. type of card 2.name 3.exiry date 4.cv number on the back of the card.                                                                

If you book trough the online system on our site, you get instant confirmation and your credit card information is sent to us just once, through a secure server, and then it is automatically deleted. We use the latest, most secure technology available, which encrypts all your personal and credit card details. The encryption method used is the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology.                                                                                         

Our server and network are protected by firewalls against unauthorized access. This means we can guarantee that it is totally safe to send us your credit card details. We will reimburse the first EURO 100 should your credit card be misused or abused. The credit card company is obliged to pay the remainder.  Your credit card details will be kept at Shivas.com until your departure date at the Hotel. After this date, the details will be destroyed.

When does Shivas.com send you emails?   

After you have made a booking, you will receive a confirmation message with all the information about your booking. You may print this confirmation, and show it upon arrival to the Hotel, as guarantee of the reservation.
